GENERAL ELECTIONS MAY BE VIOLENT - IPAC

Sometimes i wonder when Nigeria will get better. What's the benefit of IPAC alarm of election violence by 2019. How reasonable entities unveil problem with prescription for remedy? Nawa o! If this is the best IPAC can do then ot should be shut down. 
Now there will be violence by 2019, so?  Should we start deserting the Nation?  Or do we know the panacea to the violence and we are almost crumbling in violence? 
Here IPAC:
Nigeria's 2019 elections will be violent unless stringent measures are taken to avert trouble, the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has warned.
The body said political stakeholders need to stem the tide of political motivated killings. It said that steps should be taken immediately to discourage rising political violence in elections in parts of the country..
It added that severe sanctions should be meted out those that sponsored political violence in the just concluded Rivers State’s federal and state legislative elections.
